"Got breakfast at the drive through. The food was fine. The server appeared bored and uninterested in what he was doing. No greeting or thanks. No napkins given which is a pain when eating breakfast sandwich and donut."

"Always a great experience. They tend to make their drinks a bit on the sugary side, just a heads up. Employees are always super friendly and nice."

"Stopped in today and despite 3 people working at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon all stated they could not take my order at counter and I had to order at kiosk. This is ridiculous service and most of the choices were no longer available! I am so tired of the lack of help. An elderly man came in store as well and did not have app nor did he know how to use kiosk; he just wanted a donut and no one would take his order despite no other customers in store and maybe one car at drive-in! Donuts have gotten smaller with very little filling!"

"I normally don't have a problem with this Dunkin Donuts in Perryville MD, but today (Saturday 8/26/23 at approximately 12:15pm) I did. First off there were 2 kids ( looked like Middle Schoolers) working the drive thru, I thought you had to be at least 16 to work there. Now the kid working the drive thru was not the problem, it was the manager. I mistakenly ordered wrong, I thought I ordered the new Pumpkin fravored Iced Latte which in the picture showed whipped cream and something sprinkled on top. Apparently I didn't say the magic words "Signature & Spiced" so no whipped cream or sprinkles. I asked to speak to the manager to figure out what happened. This manager came to the window with an angry/mean face and tone of voice to explain to the idiot (myself) that since I didn't say the magic words I was given a plain old Pumpkin Iced Latte (because I should have known there was a difference). I told my daughter about the rude encounter with this manager and she informed me this was nothing new, that many people in the area have complained about her. I have a feeling the underage workers there are either her children or her grandchildren. Oh, and to top everything off the Pumpkin Iced Latte tasted like a regular latte with a little more sugar in it, I didn't detect any Pumpkin taste or smell."
