CVS Pharmacy

"I don’t know the pharmacy technician on duty today 8/17/2023 earns an honest wage. She is utterly clueless!! I’ve been to the pharmacy twice to pick up a medication for my son (his doctor sent the prescription on two separate days). She couldn’t get the spelling of his name correct. She said she couldn’t find his profile, which doesn’t make sense cause my husband picked up a prescription for our son three weeks ago. She wanted to give several reasons why she was having a difficult day, which doesn’t apply to me in any way. Needless to say, this is my last visit to this pharmacy!! She needs to be retrained asap!"

"No matter how sick you are they will make you wait 20 minutes for your prescription , even if you call ahead,, while they wait on drive-thrus and answer the phone first because they want you to shop. Forget it."
