"I've been taking my daughter here since she was 2. She's now 4 & needed X-rays and MARY an older lady was so impatient and rude because my daughter didn't stay perfectly still. She was basically having a tantrum because she couldn't get the X-ray . If she's going to be working with children she should have some more patience or have someone assisting her if a child wiggling is going to trigger her like that."

"My son had a consultation today for braces. The technician called him back and said we’re taking X-rays and I’ll let you know how he made out and what happens next when we’re done. My son comes back up to the front and the receptionist yelled from the desk “that’s it your done” I said so how did he make out? “we will bill your insurance then call you back” she was very dismissive. I asked the technician ( a different person) not even the same tech who took my 9 year old son back. So how did everything go? Again he just had X-rays? So I have no clue what’s next, my son had so many questions as well. I am not pleased with the lack of communication from this office. The orthodontist part of this practice needs to work on better communication and not so annoyed when a patient has questions."

"The orthodontist office here is very frustrating, especially with the two ladies upfront taking appointments, they’re rude on some occasions and seem extremely upset all the time unlike the pediatric office next door. The dentists left my sons wire uncut on multiple occasions, this time my son told me he double checked and even told her once to cut it off properly, the dentist cut a bit off and still left a whole nother chunk of wire! My son has been complaining that the wire hooked onto his cheek and it started bleed. He was on the verge tears because he said it was so painful. Very conveniently the offices are closed Saturday and Sunday and he has to work all day Friday.. so now he has to with the wire while not being able to eat properly for the entirety of the weekend. Once his braces are done I’m taking him somewhere else!"

"Absolutely sad experience. Took my son there for his very first dentist appointment. I was in a room with him when the doctor came in, did something in his mouth for about 15 seconds and said “His teeth looks good. I’ll see you in 6 months.” Before I could ask anything the doctor ran out. I just stood there perplexed because they made us wait 15 or 20 minutes for this appointment. I had to comfort my son so I didn’t chase after the doctor. The nurse walked me out."

"This is my son’s first dentistry and we love it here. All of the staff are very patient, kind, and you can really tell they enjoy working with kids. They don’t keep you waiting forever past scheduled appointment times and the little prize selection at the end definitely helps to keep my kid motivated to return. We really appreciate them!"
