"Review update! I left a review a few months back after there was a management change. At first I was very disappointed by the change in broth flavor. I will say after sticking by them over the last few months I feel the broth flavor has improved significantly. I still routinely get a variety of things on their menu and everything is excellent. I feel the owner really cares about what he is putting on the table for his customers. So much so that when there was a sriracha pepper shortage he was making his own sauce in house. Which I’ll admit I liked better the original. The service is great and we eat at this restaurant sometimes multiple times a week (eat in and take out) I also really like the new items they have been introducing to the menu. Back to 5 stars!!!"
"Honestly… This time last year I would have given O Pearl a 5 star rating. But since Yin and Tony have been gone, it simply sucks! I always order the same thing every time. But, for the last 5 times I ordered, they either left something out or completely mess up my order. Also they went up in price but haven’t went up in service. Wish I could continue to support but O Pearl has burnt me out of 5 meals now. I’ll always have my memories I guess. Also it’s hot as hell inside the restaurant now…"
