"I broke a tooth on a Friday and was able to get an appointment on Tuesday which was very speedy. An X-ray was taken and then Dr Patel came in and examined my tooth. I will need a crown, she explained the procedure and answered my questions. All only taking thirty minutes. So happy with North Bay Family Dental, they are efficient and thorough. The office is very clean and welcoming."

"I have been going to this dentist for a little over 6 years now. This most recent visit by far the worst. I walk in no receptionist, self check in on tablet. Appointments are always a huge concern and overly expressed with numerous text, emails, and calls. I was on time but waited 10 mins to be seen. In the past I was 5 mins late on one occasion, coming from work and traffic in which I almost got refused of my appointment. The dental hygienist are different every visit. This woman was very nice but must have been newer, my cleaning was rushed and hardly a cleaning to say the least. I also had to reminder her of my cap after she was excessively digging with metal on it with my x rays right in front of her. After brought to her attention she had no clue of cap after reviewing x rays the first moments of appointment. At the end of visit the dentist comes in for all of 30 seconds in which she lifts top and bottom lips up with her fingers in your mouth will ask if you have any concerns. All the years I have never had any concerns so always just replied no and that was the conclusion of any engagement with the dentist herself. Although this visit I did express some discomfort in the back of my mouth. She instantly got defensive with me then stating it was my fault because "my gums were inflamed probably because I don't floss." In which I responded I do floss daily she responded with what those little picks. I wonder if perhaps my gums were slightly red not inflamed, hot red, or swollen from your hygienist digging at them being new and also cutting my gum in the same location of my expressed discomfort. Also have to wonder if there's no longer a receptionist and/or a revolving door on hygienist because of this exact reason. I would have never been visiting this office or referring so many people over the years had I known any engagement other then agreeing, nodding, or replying to no concerns would lead to this. I unfortunately would no longer recommend this office."

"The staff at North Bay are friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and inviting. Our family have been patients for years and have had nothing but great experiences here. Would highly recommended Dr.Patel to anyone!"

"This was such a beautiful and clean location. The front staff was friendly. I checked in and waited about 2 minutes until I was called back. My dental hygienist was super sweet and friendly. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and gently and was helpful with any questions I had. The dentist was extremely nice too. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend!"
