"Best value in the area. Heat/AC works very well. Staff is great friendly and accommodating. Shuttles to the beach(and places along the way if you ask nicely) close to everything beach related."

"We were so happy with our decision to stay here over this weekend that we decided to plan another trip later this year. Staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quiet and had plenty of space for our family of three. Breakfast was good, and the pool was nice too! All in all, we had a great time."

"Better than expected for a 3 star hotel. The hotel was recently remodeled. It was very clean. The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially Randy that accommodated a last minute request for our two rooms (booked separately) to be located next to each other. The location of the hotel was great. The ladies in the breakfast lounge were very accommodating too (I noticed them helping an elderly man). Will definitely stay here again."

"You do get what you pay for! Room was adequate but bare bones and everything was old. Bed sheets had a hole in them and towels were quite thin and there was paper stuck in the door peephole(?). Pool was interesting.... Nice deck off of room. Fantastic location near stores, food and boardwalk though, so unless you plan on being in your room a lot, worth the saved money. The woman who drives the free beach shuttle is wonderful!!"

"The good: Breakers is located a block away from the main strip in Rehoboth as well as near many other shops and restaurants on Baltimore Ave and surrounding streets. Just a couple of blocks from the beach with a free shuttle as well. We found the free parking to be easy and convenient as well. The not-so-good: Our room was dirty when we arrived, so we asked the front desk if they have maintenance or room service clean it. There was sand and dirt all over the floors. They said “we don’t do that here.” So, they gave us a broom and the first thing we did on vacation was chores! Not the best start. The room was small but decent with a small outside patio area, which we also swept. Bathroom was small and dated, with significant rust on the towel racks. The front door had gaps (we were on the first floor) so we could hear everything going on in the parking lot and outside on the sidewalk, which made it feel less private. Overall: For the price, we expected a clean room and for an unclean room to be remedied. The location is good, but with several other options near the same price point, we will stay elsewhere next time."
