Rite Aid

"Switched my prescriptions to Rite Aid since CVS closed it location near me. First tried to transfer on their website 3 times but nothing happened. Stopped at Rite Aid and was told they need new Scripts for all medication to transfer. Had doctors send new scripts, waited 3 days before stopping at the store myself and waited another 2 days to get 2 meds refilled. Pharmacist advised me one of my scripts is not covered at Rite Aid so I still have to go to another Pharmacy for that refill. I received 2 automated phone calls and texts today saying they need more info to refill another script. I keep calling the pharmacy and never receive an answer. I am probably better off staying with CVS and traveling a little farther to pick my medications up."

"Sucks. The pharmacist does not answer and i called 1800 rite aid. That sucks too. They dont answer either ... Take ypur business else where after being a customer there for 27 years you are gonna lose the whole family of 4...shame on the management! 6 months later. STILLLLLL SUCKSS"

"I have been going to Gibbstown Rite Aid for years, as has my family. But here lately the pharmacy is lacking! Since the one in Paulsboro closed there is a lot more business for them. It takes forever to pick up a script, if it's even ready. If they don't have something in stock you will NOT get a call telling you that which pisses me off, especially when it's happened a few times. Though I must say there are a few people that work there that are wonderful and thr store is clean and stocked!"
