Shore Point Cottages

"Very clean cottage and had all the expected amenities based on the price - a very reasonable value. Located very conveniently with close access to Berlin, OCMD, and Assateague. Only real issue is with what other's have commented on with the wall AC/Heater units. Not exactly user friendly, and there were no instructions (that we saw, anyways) on how to operate. Overall a really nice stay and we will certainly consider staying again if we are back in the area."

"Heat had a mind of its own, must have been pre -programed heat could not be controlled durning late evening and early- mid morning. Woke up @ 3am and it was 58 degrees in the cottage and heat would not come back on until after 8 am. No instructions for the heat remote and called emergency number and 2 days later they finally called on day of checkout. Had other questions left on recorder but no call backs as well. This is not acceptable and not my Idea of fun waking up to a COLD cottage with no response from management."

"This definitely was a nice place to stay! I will be returning again in the summer ☺️ Only downside is that it’s almost impossible to get in touch with somebody.. No one answers the phone, no phone calls are returned and no one replies to messages.. Other than that, everything would be perfect."

"Nice little cottage but could use a mirror in second bedroom and a place for clothes. No oven in kitchen just 2 burners. They do provide a plug in hotplate. Not really set up for very much cooking. Plus is, they have a screened porch and a fireplace on the outside patio. Nice shower and the pool is decent. Next to a busy highway so rather noisy during the daytime. But if you are at the beach or out and about its not to bothersome."

"Deceptive website of digital renderings showing a fully functioning resort, when it's still a construction site - NOT open! They do not return phone calls, emails, or respond to numerous posts, even from people who BOOKED! Despicable way to "do business." STAY AWAY!"
