"Made an appointment that I had to cancel in less than 24 hrs because of a family emergency in New Jersey. I was then told that since it was less than 24 hrs. they would have to charge me and it was up to the doc whether they would charge me when i called to reschedule or not. When I called to reschedule the following Monday I received a return phone call on Tuesday telling me they would not be able to reschedule me because I canceled my first appointment less than twenty four hours prior. Wow don't ever have a family emergency with this dental office! I guess that never happens to anyone in their office. They are not the only game in town I will seek elsewhere. Response to Dr. Wendy: FYI, when I called for an appointment, I got one 2 days later, didn't have to wait that long."
