"I wouldn't give a1 star. I have dental insurance that covers my cleanings. Dr. Collins office called me to reschedule my last appointment and told me my insurance would cover the new appointment. Now they are harassing me with $133.00 bill. I was told that they never rescheduled the appointment and never told me my insurance would cover it. I've tried to contact Dr. Collins office and they will not give him any messages that I called. Started going to another dentist & overhead another patient saying they had a similar problems with Dr Collins office. Makes me wonder how many patients are be taking advantage of by his office and how long is his office going to stay in business if it's being run like this."

"Hate it because I had my mouth wide open he yanked it to hard to cause little rip on one side of my lips and caused me to bleed and the assistant didn’t even use to suction when I had so much saliva"

"The staff were very helpful and kind. During this covid time, every precaution was taken to make my visit safe. I really appreciated the way that I was treated and the friendliness of all who work there. This Dentist has extracted two of my teeth. I felt very comfortable and confident that his experience and skills would result in a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was seen after I called to make an appointment. Overall I am delighted as anyone can be to know this Dentist and his helpers are available in our community."
