"The pharmacist, Jay, is not only unprofessional, but lacks any empathy. I personally have gone without necessary medicine prescribed by my physicians because of Jays incompetence. I have been using this rite aid for almost two years and in this time he has hindered my wellness no less than 5 separate times. Not only should this person not have a job here, he should not be a pharmacist anywhere. He actively harms the community. If you can get help elsewhere, do so."

"This has got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I went to get my flu shot after checking with my insurance company to make sure they were an approved provider. The pharmacist stated my insurance rejected the claim and said that in order to get a flu shot I had to go to Pennsylvania or New York. This seemed pretty odd since I am not from Pennsylvania or New York and my insurance is not from Pennsylvania or New York. When I called my insurance company they said there was no claim in the system rejected or otherwise by that pharmacy. He did generously give me the option of paying for the flu shot myself. Even though my insurance covered at 100% at the Walgreens one block down. In conclusion either the pharmacist is stupid or he's blatantly dishonest or both."
