"They don't like idea when they charge twice on bank card. They need to pay more attention..have better front desk help"

"I have stayed at this place about 6 years ago and it has changed. Changed in the negative direction. I was there with my family for a weekend vacay. The front desk staff was good and friendly. However, we had a nightmare with our rooms. The first room we were allotted was not cleaned on time even though we reached close to check in time. The next room we were allotted had a clogged toilet. There we go again! My husband called the front desk (the evening shift was a different staff I guess) to ask for maintenance to fix the clogging and the reply he received was “I have a plunger but no staff. You will have to do it on your own or I can give you a new room.” There we go again! Room change. Thankfully this room was better but somehow the floors were unclean. Our feet were getting bad each time we walked in and out of the bathroom. All in all I was disappointed with my experience here since 6 years ago I had a very nice stay. I will not be coming here again. If you want to come here with your family, please don’t."

"Absolutely avoid this dump at all cost!!! Rooms smelled like urine, and when we tried to get a refund through Expedia, the owner said that we stayed there longer than 15 minutes and denied our claim. These people are thieves, their place is a dump, and they shouldn’t be allowed to operate a business. Go down the street, pay a little more money and stay at nice hotel. Book straight through a hotel and not 3rd party, they used the 3rd part booking to avoid having to refund us…. Thieves!!!!!"

"The first thing I noticed when I walked into our room was that it was decorated like a college dorm room. The beds were on very hard platforms which made it so uncomfortable. Plus, the beds slipped a lot because they weren't anchored down. So be warned when getting in bed, you may be in for a ride. The room was relatively clean, but the room freshener they used was too strong. The ac was broken and part of it was dangling down and half out of the wall. One of the chairs in the room had legs that were mangled. The bathroom was recently updated but it was so cramped that you practically had to hop into the shower in order to close the door. The toilet is just too close to the door."
