"This was my first visit at Dr. Joseph Heher with my two sons. As new patients, the staff was very nice and polite as well as the doctor. Everyone engaged in conversation and the dental hygienist were very patient with my two sons while cleaning their teeth. My family and I felt welcomed and really enjoyed our experience. "Beware. Was patient for years. Just got overcharged for a teeth cleaning. $500.00!!! I don’t have cavities and no problems with teeth. Huge inconvenience. I called to make an appointment for my gums hurting and get a teeth cleaning in June. Receptionist said I would do her a big favor if I would take the appointment that afternoon that I just canceled. So I did I move my day around to accommodate them. I really wanted my gums looked at. After an hour of getting my teeth clean she says well my time is up. I was told I had to schedule another appointment to get my teeth finished cleaning She only did the upper teeth??? Never once did Dr. Herer check my gums as That is why I went there. Could not get in again till end of August. Just got out of 2nd appointment. Took her almost 2 hours to clean my bottom teeth. Then she turns to me and asked do I need to do your upper teeth again because we’ve really gone over our time.? They act as if inconvenience them with my teeth. After paying 350.00 for first visit I was shocked they had they gall to charge me 150.00 more! I’ve been a patient for years. Not anymore. I can’t afford to spend a half a grand to get my teeth cleaned and spent two days out of my week for them to do one teeth cleaning. Very upsetting."

I have horrible anxiety when I have to go to a dentist. So much I only go for emergencies. I have tried a few dentists over the years and I will say this place is where I have felt most at ease. I cant say enough about the staff, they are all friendly, and compassionate. I was also impressed that Dr. Heher calls to check on how you are doing the next day. I have never had a dentist do that. We are glad we found this dentist and will always use them."
