Pizza Hut

"Ordered food online, partial payment was with gift card and the rest was with debit card. Driver got here saying that I owed him $20. The gift card was good as well as me having money in my account or the online order wouldn't have went through. The receipt that they printed showed it was partial gift card and the rest debit card, if the store don't accept gift cards then say that online but I got reported as a bad customer and I reported them so I can get my money back because they don't want to own up with their mistake or answer the phone, they keep putting me on hold saying they need to transfer me to the store SMH."

"The individual whose name starts with a J is very disrespectful and refused to answer and clarify the store hours in conjunction with potentially booking a large party on a Friday night. Instead of simply answering very simple questions he placed me on hold and never came back. Very strange. I hope this was not the manager, and I hope you are familiar with the concept of karma. I will no longer patronize pizza hut."

"Drove far to experience dine-in -as many no longer provide it. I left saddened that my stomach wasn't bigger. Everything was so yummy! The pizza huts in my town don't have the authentic pizza hut texture and taste. Here, every bite and taste took me back a decade to what pizza hut is supposed to taste like. Anyways, we'll definitely back."

"Worst pizza and wing delivery I have ever had. Pizzas are all smashed to one side and don't even look like pizza. The wings were all smashed flat. I had to pop all the wing containers back to somewhat normal. It took 10 minutes to make my order and 45 minutes to deliver garbage. Not to mention, obviously all the food is cold. (Update) Called the store and they agreed to remake the pizzas and make it a priority. Still took almost 45 minutes to get the remakes and 1 out of 3 pizzas was what I even ordered. So now of a $90 order ($100 with tip) i have a bunch of cold smashed boneless wings, and 6 pizzas which only 1 is right and edible. Their solution is to give $30 back. I DON'T THINK SO!!! Worst service I've ever had from a Pizza Hut!"
