"I'm in need of a root canal as the dentist evaluated me and told me I needed one but unfortunately they will not write me a referral to anyone except for the one that they choose I should be able to go and get my root canal done from whoever I want Healthcare is a choice. I don't actually live in Vineland but I decided to go back to Vineland Dental Arts because I liked them in the past I actually wA a paitent on and off for over 2 decades. I live over an hour away there should be no reason why I can't pick who I want to pick and you write a referral even if it doesn't have the doctor's name you just write me a general referral but they will not which I find really odd. I'd like to get my root canal done locally as its my body and should always be my choice!! I will be looking for another dentist. Who is a little more considerate I've had other root canals done and I've chosen where I wanted to go just like you choose what specialist you want to go to when you need to see one. It's extremely odd to me can I just can't get a regular referral to get my tooth worked on and go where I want! Wow after I wrote this review I looked and I saw all of these bad reviews written on this office only has a 2.4 rating that's horrible for a dentist office you should want to do better!"

"Please be aware of this place. The “office manager” Sandy scheduled a tooth extraction over the phone with me and as common practice reviewed name, address and phone number. We (wife and I) show up today and she says “we called you last week and cancelled, we don’t do extractions on Tuesdays.” Mind you, last week I called and reconfirmed! I was very aware of it being done twice before so I paid close attention this time around. They “cancel” and bill your insurance as a no show. Another two days of work lost on my end and am still in pain. I requested a copy of my records which was 6 pages being held in her hand and she refused. She wouldn’t even provide me a records release form. She screamed in front of patients 5x in a hostile and unprofessional manner “come back here and make me”. All I wanted was to take my records to another dentist and speed process along. Please be aware, Sandy is the issue at this office and has been taking this practice downhill and fast, she’s been there for 16 years and the only common denominator in this negative impact. After being a patient for ten years I am done! Not to mention how she treats the office staff. She threatened to call police and I said that’s fine it would be on record of what they are doing with billing. She did not call police, instead left the area unattended and walked to the back where patients were being treated, arguing in a hostile manner (by herself at this point). Stay AWAY! I smell insurance scam!"

"Now I see why this office only has 2 stars. I needed to reschedule my appointment and they refused because I had rescheduled before. I explained that I was sick but it didn't matter to the extremely rude receptionist. I also have a job that requires appointments and I would never turn away a client because they had rescheduled in the past. It's just bad business!!"

"Horrible experience! My mom was there for a deep clean, which she needed anesthesia for, the anesthesia didn’t seem to help and she could still feel pain. After letting the hygienist know multiple times that it was hurting her the hygienist told her she was crazy! My mom sat through the whole process in pain. I usually come with her to her appointment because she does not speak fluent English and the one day I am not there with her they completely neglected her. They should be shamed ! I believe the hygienist name was Sandy. I personally called the front desk to ask who serviced her."
