"While staying here I’ve experienced multiple different things. First I noticed how filthy the room was the floor appeared to have not been mopped in years completely covered with grime and dirt, second while trying to sleep there were multiple voices yelling and arguing somewhere above where I was sleeping, finally at around 1am I was awakened to the sound of the shower being on but to my surprise it was the bathroom above me leaking, it was slow at first but after while i thought the ceiling was going to cave in. I went to management and ofcourse I was denied a refund instead they moved me to a room that was more filthy than the last. It’s cheap for a reason don’t waste your money!!"

"This place is disgusting!!! Bugs crawling on the desk and by the fridge and microwave. Floor is sticky like someone spilled soda on the floor. Bugs in bed though I don't think they are bed bugs. But I am afraid to bring more luggage in the room.bed is uncomfortable, and I found 4 bugs crawling on my phone sitting on the nightstand. The price does not justify the slum of a room. Stay anywhere but here. This place should be condemned!!!"

"Definitely thought I found our home away from home but such was not the case, we had no service during our 3 week stay, Then in the middle of the day we were asked to switch rooms due to cleaning but if cleaning was done during our stay things would not have escalated. No breakfast even tho it was promised on their website. But prices due to renovations being done on the property were amazing. The front desk clerk was definitely a sweetheart. Our washed blankets were returned smelling like they did when they left, I do admit I had kids with me and kids will be kids but due to being displaced from our home, but this was by far the rudest I've been treated in all my years of occupying a hotel room... Definitely would recommend if ur single with no kids, there were no only kept accessible available so taking a shower or bath was out of the question especially if you have an issue with standing."

"At first I was kinda wary because the reviews made it seem like this place was dirty and run by mean people. Let me tell you, I stayed here for almost a month and the staff couldn't had been any kinder! Please ignore those negative reviews! I think those people were either rude to the staff or tried to be sneaky about the policy! So first thing, the owners were incredibly kind and gave me discounts even with my pets, they just want to make sure you aren't destroying their rooms which is completely understandable. Second, any time I needed help or anything they were more than happy to help. Also people need to rate this as a MOTEL and not as the Harrahs resort. My room was clean, noise was to the minimum and the area was lovely. Alot of people here complain about the make but he was the nicest one to me! Always checking up and offering deals. So thank you McIntosh inn for being great to me! I hope to visit soon! And for the people looking for a long term/Short term cheap motel in a GREAT area then this is it ignore those other people! Treat the staff with respect and they'll return it!"
