Days Inn by Wyndham Springfield/Phil.Intl Airport

"DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE!! THE JACUZZI DOESN'T WORK!! The video is of the jacuzzi leaking onto the floor after I was told it was okay to use. The back panel is filled with mold and there were roaches in the room. Also, NO GYM!! It is a travesty that this Days Inn has not been shut down as of yet. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This place is disgusting and not worth a penny to stay there."

"Not at all what it shows on the hotel website. The rooms are entirely different. No carpet, just linoleum on the floor (and watch your step when you walk in, there was a little bit of a drop). My non-smoking room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, and also had a cigarette burn on the mattress. The bedding was very clean and tightly made, however! The linen felt fresh, and I saw no evidence of bed bugs (I always check regardless of the hotel I stay in). Lampshades were a little busted, and the outlet didn't quite work right for charging my phone. No hairdryer (listed as included in the room description), but there was an iron (no board though). AC worked, and helped take away the smell a bit. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming, and I can tell they work hard to keep the place looking respectable. The location is quite ideal! Plenty of shopping and eating, several pharmacies, Targets, and a mall nearby. Not difficult to get in or out of."

"I was kind of skeptical about the hotel but once I checked in on Sunday September 17th 2023 my room was really beautiful I love it and I'm coming back. the rooms were clean, plenty towels, it was really nice me and my family got rooms there and we all enjoy it. we will be back. I didn't care about breakfast cause it was too many restaurants. I had a great time."

"Getting to my room was easy. But after that the night sucked pretty bad. People were yelling until 3 am, the ac buttons didn't work so it was either muggy or cold. THERE WAS PEE AND PUBIC HAIR ON THE TOILET SEAT when I got into my room. I'd definitely go somewhere else if I'm in the area. Stay away oh yeah, I forgot to mention the desk lamp was broken as well."

"Well since it is a non-refundable place and I was in town for a funeral, I had no choice but stay here. It was absolutely filthy. I immediately went to the store to buy lysol , magic erasers and cleaning spray with bleach. The floor was so dirty I slept with my slippers on. I successfully removed the mold in the bathroom and was somewhat ok with staying . Then Night time came and the pregnant roaches came out.... the furniture looked like it was trash picked out of the dumpster from a hotel that knew they needed to remodel. A plug was missing from one of the scratched up lamps, handle was missing from the dresser, no microwave in the room. You had to go down the sidewalk to where the vending machines were to use the one microwave for the whole hotel. It was obvious that the door to the room I was in had been kicked in. Then I asked for more pillows because I have a heart condition and have to sleep sitting up ... I needed 4 pillows they could only find 3 after I let them know that I was a gold rewards member and stayed in a lot of Wyndham hotels without ever having this problem. So in conclusion if you don't have to stay here DON'T."
