"The front desk receptionist are extremely rude and I left with a bad taste in my mouth. They told me I couldn't schedule my next appointment because my husband owes them money. First off I am a different patient. How does what my husband owe affect me? So ridiculous. They told my husband his bills were all paid and now mysteriously 7 months later we owe $500....would not be recommending this practice to anyone."

"I don't know what is wrong with this office anymore. Every time I call they are so rude. 12/5/23 8:30 am being one of them. I have gone back and forth with this office from billing issues to now scheduling issues and it is NEVER at the fault of the office. They talk to you like it is your fault. When I try to get things straightened out, it is like pulling teeth and I have to harass them because they say they will call you back and they never do. I started coming here 9 years ago and loved the office. I still have no issues with the hygienist or the dentist, it is the front desk. They are terrible. The issues I had with billing SEEMED to be easily resolved and whoever helped me with that was helpful. But I have had issues come up several times within the past two years and I could easily put that aside but adding the absolute lack of customer service for a front desk position and downright RUDE demeanor, I will be going to one of the offices other locations and hope they haven't all suffered the same affliction."

"The office is extremely well run and operates efficiently at least in my experience. Danielle does a great job with patients and waiting times are reasonable. Dr. Andrew is terrific. Kind, caring, patient and skilled. My hygienist Summer was thorough, time efficient and did an amazing job."
