"DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. It's unfortunate that I've went here since I was a young kid until I was 17, and I'm still dealing with the consequences. Dr. Bagley is unprofessional and I can't count how many times he's put his bear fingers in my mouth without wearing gloves and argued with his assistant while working on my teeth. He does a terrible job at numbing you, and every filling I had as a child was painful when he did it. Regrettably, I was a child and did not understand that fillings were supposed to be painless. After the fillings were done my teeth would be so sensitive to hot and cold for 6 months to a year I couldn't even enjoy a hot drink or ice cream. He did one filling that ended up getting infected and put me through the worst pain I have ever experienced. When I went to get a root canal for it, the dentist there told me that he went WAY too deep with the filling and that's why it got infected. When my brother was a child he got a tooth pulled by him and when Dr. Bagley used the needle to numb him, he felt the juice of the needle squirt everywhere in his mouth, not just his gums. My brother felt every bit of pain and cried when he pulled the tooth. The dentist has left my siblings and I with so much trauma that we are truly terrified to this day. I advise you not to go, particularly not to bring your children. He is able to get away with doing a poor job and causing pain to children because they don't realize it shouldn't be that way. Dr. Bagley is a fraud doing whatever he can to get your money. I said what I said."

"Dr Bagley himself is a fine dentist but his receptionist staff are horrible. Stephanie the receptionist is very rude and dismissive she will cancel your appt for you when you didn’t cancel and then let you know she’s charging you for it. Absolutely no customer care. It’s sad because I’ve been going since I was a kid and to have to find a new dentist because of poor service is a shame. Hopefully he finds someone new with more people skills. Apparently from other reviews I’m not the only person with the issue."

"I needed major dental work done. All my teeth pulled which was 11 and too and bottom dentures. I just got my last pulled yesterday. The dentist is a caring guy as well as his hygienist are top notch. Sharon is very friendly as well as the girl At the front desk. I never liked the dentist very much but I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a dentist."

"Mighty funny of this dentist office that every time life happens for them and they need to reschedule the same day that’s a OK, but as soon as life happens for the patient and they can’t make it and need to reschedule they tell you to find another dentist. Dr. Bagley was great to my daughter but the front desk definitely needs new help. Very rude."

"Dr Bagley is great! He’s really nice and so are all the techs I’ve had so far. I got a filling and it was the easiest filling I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t feel like my entire side of my mouth was numb, which my other place did. It was just the area needed which was fabulous and it didn’t hurt one bit. Was nice and quick too! Very pleased with the experience and the experiences I’ve had so far."
