"I ordered from Pats Pizza Boothwyn Yesterday 12/02/2021, I wanted fettuccine Alfredo with chicken as everyone can see my pasta has no sauce, it’s all oil at the bottom. I called them to ask why my pasta was prepared incorrectly and if they would be able to remake it. The guy I spoke to told me the sauce was portioned, he spoke to me the way I wanted him to when I ordered my food and that he wasn’t fixing anything. He told me that I took the sauce out my pasta myself. I was beyond surprised that I was spoken to in such a manner from a restaurant especially when I’m spending my money there for quality food. I asked him if he wanted a photo of the food, he said no he doesn’t because I’m too far away for him to fix my pasta and He wasn’t giving me a refund. He told me not to call there again."
