"I ordered a bacon cheese burger today. Not only was it greasy, the roll was greasy. It was without a doubt the most disgusting burger I've ever had. I'll pay for that later tonight, I'm sure. Plus, the cost was just shy of $13.00 for a greasy horrible burger. Save your money, and go somewhere else"

"I love toms and its the only pizza place i go to! The food is amazing and tastes amazing, the service is amazing because the wait is always only 20 minutes and because of how quick it is i don’t eben realize how hungry i am! The atmosphere is amazing but i haven’t seen all of it, I’ve only seen the take out area and not the rest (planning on seeing the rest soon!) toms is overall amazing the staff are so kind and everything is just amazing i totally recommend this pizza place! Let me share my experience with you. Upon entering the store, I immediately felt like i walked pass the whites only sign out front and didn’t notice it. Now, let's talk about the atmosphere. I couldn't help but notice a certain lack of warmth. The environment felt a bit sterile, as if the place had been designed to cater exclusively to efficiency rather than creating a cozy ambiance. It's important to note that this observation has nothing to do with the quality of service or the food itself. Although the staff members did their job well, there seemed to be a certain robotic nature to their interactions. While their professionalism was appreciated, it would have been great to see a bit more personality shine through. A friendly smile or a warm greeting can go a long way in creating a memorable experiences. That being said, the pizza itself was absolutely fantastic. The crust was perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness. The sauce was rich, flavorful, and complemented the toppings beautifully. It was evident that the ingredients used were fresh and of high quality. Despite my minor concerns about the atmosphere, the taste of the pizza made up for it. In conclusion, the quality of the pizza is exceptional, and the staff members are efficient.
