"It is hard to find a professional who meets your every need, but when you find one, that professional becomes family who you always have on speed dial. Michelle is that person when it comes to pet grooming. She makes you feel like family, is an expert in grooming, and takes the time to learn your pet. What I mean by "learn" is that once she gets to know your pet, she can point out potential problems that may be overlooked. That's what happened with me. My dog had a mass developing under the skin where her leg met her body. Although my dog has yearly vet check ups, it might have developed further and I wouldn't have otherwise found out if it weren't for her. I took my dog to the vet right away and thankfully it was a lipoma. But it goes to show you how a caring attitude and a vigilant set of eyes and hands can have such a huge impact.
