"As with most of their superstores, they are experiencing "supply chain" issues, the multitude of great priced options is lacking STILL 1/2024, they can't seem to fill their shelves anymore so Everytime I go there's Always about 3 things I have to go elsewhere for, kind-of defeats the purpose of dragging yoyr butt to a superstore anymore, maybe shopping Walmart online and either getting pickup ot delivery, but expect that not all of your order can be filled with what you actually wanted"

"Terrible customer service and this has to be the worst Walmart (Elkton, MD) around. One evening I witnessed two managers, older white women, mock and harass two customers over 2 dollars. An older couple notified these ill professionals that the self check out short changed them $2. And they asked if they could look at the camera to confirm. In turn one employee / manager(ish) said no, that didn't happen. I can't give you $2 and short one of my registers. Then the second one chimed in laughing and said I'll give you the $2 to not come back into the store. The other employee chimed in again saying, no you can't see the camera recording and laughed. The customer explained, I don't want your personal money just my $2 back. The employee chimed in "well, thank you for your donation." Then yelled "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year." Lastly... "Send your complaints to corporate." Regardless if the customer was right or wrong. This display was so disgusting and unprofessional. To think these ladies are running a store and quite possibly hiring and training new hires. It's no wonder this store is always short staffed and employees look miserable to be there. These are the same two women who shut down customer service just days after Christmas "because we are short staffed and don't have time for it." The same woman who tell customers "no, we have no one to cut your fabric. Go to Joann's." One night during the summer, I took my daughter school supply shopping. She went into the restroom and came running out shortly after. There were to individuals having sex in a bathroom stall. I approached a manager who in turn stated, "Doesn't surprise me!" These are just some of the encounters I have witnessed. Again, it's understandable that you may be short staffed. But the response and management practices of these two employees are despicable. One day these two women will meet the wrong customer and neither will be laughing or mocking customers. Also, do not order groceries online at this location. Your order will not be on time. And the quality of fresh food will be terrible. Just peek at the customer service area and you will see carts of food spoiling where returns were made. As for me, I will travel the additional distance to go to the Middletown or Wilmington Delaware store."

"Saw a product in stocks on the website today. Went in person to buy it, not in stocks. Showed employee I could order it and it'd be ready by 11 am. He said the item might be on the shipment in the back. I asked them employee to check the invoice to see if they had received the item and I'd come back after placing the order to pick it up at 11. He said he couldn't do it until his supervisor was there. I asked when his supervisor would be in, he said 11. So how could my order be ready and guaranteed to be ready at 11 if the supervisor doesn't clock in til 11. It was a 270$ purchase and it was ridiculous. He also ended the conversation with saying "hey man, I just don't want to get fired" Excellent experience. Id still like my product"

"Lots of items in each department but no gluten free in bakery. Some isles were pretty tight to maneuver cart. Friendly staff and clean store."

"I have visited Walmart couple of times but this time I decided to explore produce and grocery section. Some of the items were cheaper than other produce market place. There were a lot of fresh bakery item available: different types of bread and cakes and pastries and many more. Ready to cook section had vegan and vegetarian items available and buttermilk is what amazed me the most. Overall I was good experience of buying produce and bakery item from Walmart."
