"I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00, arrived on time, and at 4:45 they still had not started working on me. Inexcuseable. They bombard you with texts leading up to your appointment (even after you confirm) and then aren't prepared and completely disrespect your time. I will have to find a more professional dentist that values their patients' time. Note: I noticed the office has attempted to discredit one-star reviews when they don't find the reviewer's name in their system...suggesting the people rated the wrong business. Not everyone uses their government name here. I thought that was obvious."
