"If I could give the place a 0 I would. I placed an order over the phone, confirmed order multiple times with employee, came to pick up the food and my order was wrong. So now I’m paying more than I expected plus I see the employees have headphones on while working. Maybe that’s why she couldn’t hear what was said over the phone. People need to pay attention to their customers and not listen to headphones/be on phone calls while supposedly working."

"Terrible customer service!!!!!!!! I went to seasons pizza on Philadelphia pike on or about December 28th. I have spent so much money at this location, I should have some shares in the company! I walked in and announced that I’m here to pick up my order. The black lady behind the counter got upset because of that. I guess she wanted me to stand there and look stupid until she acknowledge me on her time. They seem to be fully staffed, it was terrible, I had to go back and forth with the lady about my order, to keep the peace, I told her to keep the order and walked out for the last time!!!!!!!!"

"Don't bother to order a triple seaso-bites you won't get what you order. We ordered the triple and literally got 27 bites. When we called to ask about it the person on the phone was rude and informed us that it is by weight not by approximate number unlike the menu said. We have purchased this before and it was the proper amount and 4 people were able to share it. We will not be going back to this seasons if this is how they treat their patrons. Considering we also have issues when my work orders from there and they forget items, I shouldn't have been surprised."

"Ambience is good for dine in. Had 2 topping medium pizza thin crust with pineapple and jalapeno peppers. It was delicious. You feel like you are eating something with clean ingredients and nothing greasy. Highly recommended."
