"My husband and I have been coming to this practice almost 2 years. The receptionist is very dishonest and lies. Dr. Parks is not bad. The only think I don't like is, if you get particals or night guard from this practice you are told, "if there is a problem and you need adjustments do not hesitate to contact the office." Little do you know even after spend hundreds or thousands of dollars, If the product their practice made , night guard or particals don't fit properly they will nickel and dime you for ever adjustment. Unfortunately they don't tell you that part while smiling at you. At first I did not understand why Cassie would quit this practice, but it has become clear to me why. I will be looking for a new practice for me and my husband to start going to in the new Year. Patricia"

"Honestly this was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. The staff were all very nice. The dentist was very clear in what needed to be done and what steps we were going to take to achieve it. I had to get a deep cleaning done and the hygienist was able to accomplish it with almost no discomfort, whatsoever. I still have a number of teeth to get worked on, but I have no anxiety about returning to have it done."

"March 2023 I have been going to this practice for about a year now. Dr. Parks is professional, kind, and caring. All the assistants, and staff members are professional and courteous. The office is clean and well lit. I really enjoy the fact that they play music and will take note of your music preference which enhances the experience. Great job!
