"The office manager is keeping a 73 year old lady hostage in her office feeding her drugs stealing her and having her husband and son jump any guest to come to see the lady. She also busted the windshield of a visitors car when the visitor was just coming to give her her medication proscription. the manger should be in jail!"

"Bed bug infestation floors sinking in rats in walls roaches broken tvs with no remotes broken AC units no heat hot water shut off & on weekly..Raw sewage coming from the drain pipes..Cats in the ceilings..Roof caving in leaking..Floors sinking in..Ceiling in bathroom sinking in..Broken refrigerator broken oven..Locks on doors not working properly..Mail tampering packages daily or being withheld for months.Illegal entering in room while out to steal old rental receipts..Illegal month to month leasing agreements verbally & written..After living in a year the landlord makes a fraudulent eviction letter & has tenants illegally removed with police..They use an expired non legal court document.Not legally notarized with spelling completely wrong no rent receipts providing proof of anything including false amounts accrued during a pandemic lockdown..When the tenant refuses higher rent & still makes payments reducing all repair issues by original agreement due to bed bug bites & everything damaged from black mold & roaches the landlord makes an outstanding amount over $9,000 on a photocopied notarized letter & uses authorities to remove paying tenants..When tenant contacts Legal Aide Services they are told they should have a real court order & the paper issued isn't a legal document..Also this motel is a live in which means you have rights like any other tenants..A court hearing must occur first after real legal papers are summoned by mail..And most likely you will be evicted..But when you have all of these disgusting issues during a pandemic the moratorium supposedly isn't ok to use signed & already served..The tenants should have the right to a clean rental for a year after suffering the filthy conditions trapped in a horrible situation during a pandemic due to Covid 19 job loss in the first place.."
