Little Caesars Pizza 1401 East Latimer Place, Wilmington, DE 19805

"If you're fortunate enough to receive your order, it's pretty good pizza. That said, this location is getting worse and worse for customer service. The employees are incredibly rude. They rarely "have the materials to make your order," do they often cancel orders and don't tell you until you arrive to pick them up. I was told today that it was "cute" when I asked them to call next time. And then they refused to tell me what they *could* make. Last straw. I'm never ordering here again. I seriously don't know how they're still making money from this location."

"Placed an order online for my daughter's birthday. Half the food arrived, I asked the driver where the other half of the order was and he just shrugged. Called the store and all they said they could do is offer a refund or I could drive to the store to pick up the food. Why would i drive if i ordered delivery doesn't that defeat the purpose? When I asked of they could just send out the second half of the missing order, they said they use a 3rd party for delivery so that wasnt an option... seriously??? So i had to reorder the missing food and wait for a refund for what didnt make it... never again. The lady on the phone didn't sound all too bothered that there was an issue."

"I simply ordered from door dash. Order took awhile (that's fine)but the fact that there was a giant fly in my box of food sickens me and it shows me how much these employees care about quality services. You're selling food we expect the food to not be contaminated. This specific store will never get my business again. On the side note. This store used to be an old Vet center for animals. Do what you will with that information. This place should be shut down and remodeled completely from ground up."

"This store is Disgusting. Has a bad sour smell when you come in. Employee clothing are always dirty on shift start. The counter always nasty from the time they open. The shelf where they keep the sauce are beyond nasty.. pictures below"
