"Best pizza in town, and that's saying something. I've done reviews for various different restaurants in the area, and across the country, and to be impressed is no small feat. Looked for a pizza place around Christiana Mall, and Squisito was the first on the list, so why not. Immediately greeted by Zack, Spyke and Jasmin, and they made me feel like I'd been a customer for years, very positive first impression. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza, nothing crazy, but it's a good solid pizza that will showcase the strength of a pizza place. I was blown away, not only were the toppings on point, but the crust and sauce made it a home run! I'm not joking, I've had pizza in arguably some of the best pizza places in NYC, and Squisito would stand toe to toe with the best of them. Seriously, if you haven't had pizza at Squisito, you are missing out in a true gem!"
"The food is good and the service is pleasant and they aim to please but being from NY I have had better pizza. They have a lot of fun social events like Bingo Night and hip hop nights but there is too much drinking and free shots involved for my taste. They also have recently been out of a lot of things like garlic knots. I don't think it's a good idea for a pizza place to be out of garlic knots. I happen to know the owner so he is good about getting me what I need. However, they just need to get more on point with their menu. They were really great in their first few months of operation."
"True NYC-style pizza! So good! Restaurant is clean and staff was super friendly and helpful."
"We went here for the first time tonight for dinner after shopping. From the outside it looked like a nice place. Then you enter and…. You’re not sure what it is. It was small, tables and a couple booths set up with a long table in the center with seats. They had dollar store cheap red and white plastic table cloths and some tables that were put together were uneven. Now for the food… the menu looked good, their mission statement on the wall stated high quality food and authentic Italian in an upscale environment. I was a little taken back that they offered subs and cheesesteaks since their statement of being quality authentic Italian food pizza and pasta. I ordered the Italian sub which came with fries and my fiancé ordered the penne carbonara. My daughter had two slices of cheese pizza which I will give it to them they were huge slices. We were given a number to put on our table and was told they would bring the food to us when ready. We proceeded over to the soda fountain and they were out of soda. The person who was behind the counter that took our order came over and replaced it. There was a DJ booth in the corner next to the fountain which was odd to me also. Our food came and when I looked down at my sub I looked at my fiancé and said this is supposed to be a Italian sub? I looked at his food which looked good at first until he started eating it and it was full of oil and no flavor. My sub which I will attach a picture had hardly any meat on it, the cheese they used which was supposed to be provolone, was the processed cheese slices in the wrapper. If we weren’t as hungry as we were we would’ve just left. The fries were the only decent thing besides my daughters pizza which she said tasted like bowling alley pizza. The whole place looked like something you would see on kitchen nightmares or on a episode of restaurant makeover which maybe they should consider going on. I will not be back and would not recommend."
"Spoilers: I’ve gone twice. That means I liked it enough the first time to give it another shot. First time was not long after the “grand” opening and on a Monday to take advantage of the Monday pizza special. That special is (in November 2022) a large cheese pizza for 9.99$ Frankly, I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza came out quickly. The crust was thin but not too thin. No cracker crust here, and, for my tastes that’s a good thing. The cheese and sauce were great. They too were just right. For 9.99$ this was a great pizza. My second visit was also good. I had one generously topped large slice and a fountain beverage. Like any pizza place, if you’re not dining alone, consider getting a whole pizza. It’s much more cost effective;-) So to sum it up, I’d come again and recommend Squisito."
