"I have been a patient for almost the last two years I started out with Dr Webb a wonder Dr She moved on n I had Dr Rhodes what a great Dr she is She always made me feel welcome and at ease in her chair we spent many hours together taking care of my surgeries on my mouth When she told me she was leaving Fedralsburg office n going to be working in Goldsboro I was heart broken we had one more session for my dentures no way was I going too not follow her for our final out come Im so pleased I did What a wonderful feeling to have my beautiful smile back I been wearing this nasty mask since COVID thank God it was still ok to wear I burned them when I got home Many thanks to this younge beautiful caring Dentist I'm forever thankful YOUR HAPPIEST PATIENT FOREVER MS JOANIE BURTON"

"I made an appointment to get a letter for my emotional support dog. While on the phone to schedule my appt the receptionist (who is always fantastic) asked me to go on a brief hold to make sure that they could do that for me. After about 10 minutes she comes back on the phone and says yes we can do that here. I drive an hour to be seen and when I get there nurse practitioner Melinda Payton sees me and enters the room with a woman I have never seen/met. She never introduces this woman to me and the woman never speaks up. I am told almost immediately that she can’t do for me. And I start crying after just driving an hour and was told on the phone this would be possible. I was extremely uncomfortable as Melinda asked me about certain disorders while this mysterious woman just stared at me. I felt judged and uncomfortable. This place is going down hill without Dr. Karnes."

"My entire family has been going here for over 15 years. Dr. Karnes is the best Doctor around! Very thorough and explains everything to you. The nurses there are awesome too!! I have used the dentistry side too. It was an emergency visit and I was in a lot of pain. They took care of me as soon as they could in between regularly scheduled appointments. Everyone was very nice and the extraction was painless!!! Great place to go to!!"

"I haven't even been seen yet but the customer service is already lacking. The receptionist has been rude, not only to me but everyone she has interacted with while I've been here. She spoke way to fast for me to understand what she was saying. Plus her and the other woman continue to talk poorly about customers loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear. I just hope the the rest of my visit isn't as bad."
