Domino's Pizza

"This place really doesn't even deserve one star, especially after this experience. I just got off a 15 hour shift and wanted to get something with little effort for dinner for my family and I. We all decided to do pizza so I went to Domino's because it was the only one on the way home. I ordered my 3 pizzas and picked them up. I get home with the pizzas and pass them out to my family and we all sit down to eat. I take a bit and automatically started gagging and my husband looks at me and says there's something wrong with this pizza and my daughter said this is bad. So I called over to the store right away and this female with a huge attitude problem proceeded to act as if the pizza wasn't bad and kept saying the dough's fresh is from a couple days ago. I said something is wrong with these pizzas they taste rancid and have a gritty consistency. I told her I just want my money back because I don't want anything else from that place and she said nope you left the store with the pizza and I'm not giving you the money back. I said how would I have known the pizzas were bad and taste rotted until I actually got home and we ate them? She said I don't care you're not getting your money back. So there was zero resolution. I am now out all this money and left with 3 pizzas that can't even be consumed because they aren't edible. This place just needs to be closed down."

"It was terrible. I called to tell the Manager about the order and she told me to bring it back. I live 7 miles away just had surgery. I would have if I could. NEVER again"

"Got treated very bad. We called back to explain how our pizza was wrong. Got placed on hold for 12 minutes to get hung up on. Then they explained that they would not accommodate that they did wrong. When you ask for extra sauce and get hardly any. The owner of the store called us a few days later and is trying to make things better."
