"I ordered my two pizzas this evening from Domino’s in Centreville, Maryland after a very long day. I ordered a large thin crust and a medium pan pizza. The order was ready at 6:30 and I was there around 6:40 to pick it up. I hit the “I’m here” button and at 6:54 I finally had to call and let them know I was sitting in front of the door like advised by their website. When they FINALLY brought my order to me I asked them if the pizza was going to be cold. The girl said it was sitting on the warmer. I live about 5 mins away and as soon as I got home I looked at the Pan pizza. The pan pizza was soggy and thin (as thin as their original pizza), and when I tasted the thin crust it was luke warm and soggy. It tasted worse than Chuck E Cheese pizza. I would have been better off buying and cooking my own frozen pizza at this point. However my screaming 2 year olds who is starving and has had an accident in his car seat wasn’t going to get me in the grocery store so I called the store manager Jennifer. She was less than helpful, as she heard my screaming 2 year old in the background she only gave me the option of driving back to the store with my order even after I asked her to deliver, she refused and said she would only replace my order if I came back to the store. I went here for the convenience of the curbside as any mother with a screaming toddler would appreciate but they won’t be seeing our business ever again!"
