Aurora Pizza and Pasta

"Chicken wrap had no seasoning and included a side of ranch from a bottle. The eggplant parm ... my mother had a hard time finding any eggplant under the pile of congealed cold cheese. I don't know how you screw up plain pasta on the side but they did that too. Pizza was cold and sauce had no seasoning either. Will not return."

"Love this restaurant, the food is amazing every time. The one thing that I noticed the most was how well the staff worked together and this is a young high school staff, so respectful and helpful to each other. Our server Zack was incredible, he does his job well. I was amazed at how I did not see one employee on their phone. Keep up the great work Aurora staff!"

"Took Long to get our meal. Almost an hour. My husband's roast pork sandwich was so salty he couldn't eat it. Told the waitress. She could have cared less. When my husband got the bill he told them I'm not paying for that. He shouldn't have been put in that position. My daughter got wings couldn't eat them either. Resturants is below average."

"Saw the negative reviews but wanted to give this restaurant a chance. Yes, clueless kids running the show is true, not knowing the menu is true and slow service is true. The meatballs were good, nothing fancy. Side salad was tasty. The cheese gnocchi in blush sauce tasted like mac and cheese. Not impressed at all. Server kept disappearing and had to go up to the counter for my bill when I saw 5 staff members all sitting on their phones. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this restaurant."

"My brother and I were discussing where we should go for lunch on Saturday and he mentioned that he heard Aurora had a really good Sicilian pizza. With our choice made out the door we went. We arrived around 1:30pm and were immediately seated. There were about 4 tables with customers overall and our server, Anthony, showed up and took a drink order as we decided on an app and toppings. After some back and forth on the app we settled on Homemade Meatballs and on the aforementioned Sicilian Pizza we selected Pepperoni, Mushrooms and Onions. Our meatball app arrived a short time later. This looked as delicious as it was. The meat was super tender and both of the meatballs were covered in marinara and then each had a fresh slice of mozzarella on top. To the side was a nice portion of ricotta cheese to add to the mix. I cut my meatball into 4 sections and added ricotta with each bite. Absolutely delicious and I really could have made a meal out of this if it was a actual dish. By the time we finished out app our drinks we empty as well. We waited a long time to get refills. While waiting, and watching our server while trying to politely get his attention, we noticed he only had one other table. He was totally absentee. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was just new and that's why they had him working on a Saturday afternoon but he needs to work on his awareness. Eventually our pizza arrived and OMG did it look delicious. I took a couple of pictures for the review but man they don't do this pie justice. This was a wonderful pizza! The dough was perfect which can be tricky with a thick Sicilian style pie. The toppings were fresh and well distributed over the entire pizza. My brother and I ate about 5 slices each and took the remaining 6 slices home. Fantastic food, I was super happy with the app and entrée. The remaining slices we took home also heated up nicely in the oven Saturday night. Service definitely needed some work. I don't want to harp on the server to much, he was friendly enough and brought us what we asked for. It was just tough getting him to the table. The food saved it, an easy 4 stars."
