It's an affordable way to exercise only once a week for those who don't want to be in a gym membership. They also offer yoga and many other programs worth looking into. Nice job Norwich REC!! "The Norwich Rec Department offers tons of classes with reasonable pricing. The building itself is very nice, and clean. Highly recommended especially if you are trying your child out in different activities. To sign them up for a class is not a huge chunk of change if they end up not enjoying it."
