"Such a fun experience & highly recommend to individuals of all ages. I will admit, we scheduled and played one game & then booked another for a few hours later in a different room. After the first room, our group was somewhat displeased & annoyed - clues not leading to other clues & the employee constantly talking over the walkie to help us, without our request. After the second game/room, we were SO happy with our experience and the game overall. It was so much fun, the employee only helped at our request, & the clues made so much sense and came one after the other. Regardless, this place was great and the staff were great & welcoming. Definitely take advantage of the “same day play” promo!"

"First escape room experience. My 11 year old wanted to do an escape room for his birthday. We easily made reservations online and received a confirmation call. We arrived 15 minutes early and called when we got there. Chrissy met us at the door and let us in. She explained everything and made sure we understood. After a couple short videos we got started. We took some time to figure out the clues and with some help via walkie talkie we were able to finish. We had a lot of fun and can't wait to try other themed rooms. Chrissy was an amazing guide and very helpful. We look forward to coming back. This escape room should be highly recommended for a great time."

"Great idea for a fun birthday activity. We did the Jumanji room and I have to say the puzzles were so well thought out and creative. The rooms were so intricately designed. Although we didn't solve the puzzle Angie was fantastic and guided us through so our six year old didn't have a total meltdown. Such fun. Thank you Angie for all your help - you really made this birthday extra special!"

"Our new favorite family experience. I have to say, if your family and friends are looking for something fun and competitive to do, you have to head over to Escape Zone Long Island. This place is so fun and super clean. The escape room was challenging but , so fun. The staff was super helpful and kind, a big shout out to Jules at the St. James. She was so great with our family. "We did the Wizard room for my nephews 13th birthday. All of us had a great time doing it.. really fun for all ages! We had Sydney as a game guide and she was awesome."
