"The store seems good, but when I asked about a particular brand the worker here was rude! I asked her if she has any Ella+Milla nail polish (which is fairly popular) she was like ‘What is that?’ In the rudest possible way! And then mentioned they don’t have anything for kids! I would have preferred if she at least asked me if she can give me an alternate option other than just completely shutting me out!"

"I just purchased hair color for the first time and got lots of help from Gabby. Very knowledgeable! She assisted me with shampoo, conditioner and mask too! Gabby has only been there a short time, but she is definitely an asset to Sally Beauty. It’s nice to see a young person, smiling and pleasant, waiting on customers. Pretty rare in 2023."

"During the pandemic this store is horrible. They do not answer their phones. There were two reps in the store the other day, one rep wasn't doing anything. I had my car parked right outside the window calling their store and they were letting the phone ring. Finally, it rang so long she decided to pick up. Today I call, it rings and then it seems like someone presses busy button. What a joke. That's what you call a legal robbery bare minimum work and getting paid for it. If I could rate them a zero I would."
