"First Janet double booked my appointment so I had to go an hour later. I didn’t know the massage therapist was a male and he arrived 10 minutes late. I had to tell him several times to apply more pressure and he applied more pressure but stroked my skin rough and so fast. I was not relaxed because I wanted to get up and end the session. I asked him if he was new to massage therapy and he said no been doing massages for 3 years. My foot scrub lasted for about a minute in total and his massage techniques were terrible. I will never go back there and hope he gets more training because several complaints have been made."
