"i had called to make an appointment and let them know i was coming in to use the groupon. we started looking at the lashes and explaining what we wanted but we weren’t being listened to. anytime we tried to explain what we wanted, they interrupted us and kept saying cat eye. my friend had said she didn’t not want that. i said i wanted the super cat eye. we were told to lay down and they did our lashes without telling us what was being done and lash size and curl size. we decided to trust the process, but when they were done the lashes were uncomfortable, burning and going in different directions/separating. me and my friend both went in for different styles and ended up with the exact same thing. both of our top lashes were stuck to the bottoms as well. when we were done we got told we weren’t allowed to use the groupon because we didn’t “get the style listed”. on the phone she said yes when we had asked to use the groupon but then at checkout she said we couldn’t and that if we used groupon it would be more money? went in for $45 lashes and ended up paying $100."

"Do not go here! It looks like I have no lashes on and I got 260 lashes! I get 100 at fashion eyelash in white plains and it looks amazing this place is a rip off! My eyes look like I don’t even have eyelashes on I only went here because I needed lashes and didn’t have time to go to my place I showed her what I wanted and she gave me me something totally different. Worse part is she removed my lashes so she seen what I had. I rather have had my 3 week lashes than this. They refused to fix it and just wanted to get paid! DO NOT go here mascara works better! Total rip off! If I could give 0 stars! Parking sucks too!"

"DO NOT GO HERE!! Unprofessional! First time last April I made an appt for like 1:30 or something… I come in and they tell me my appt was at 1. They then squeezed me in and rushed the whole thing. I just went in today (October 2022) for my 11:30 facial, and they DID THE SAME THING told me it was at 11!!! They started talking in Chinese and could not figure it out and argued with me until I told them this is ridiculous. Then they said they didn’t even have my name down in the book. I told them that they have done this before and I was hoping to maybe have a good experience even with the other bad reviews. Made a mistake wasted my money with Groupon."

"I don't understand the negative reviews for this place - I purchased a Groupon for "One Full set of mink 3D Super Soft Eyelash Extensions (150 Pieces)" Photos attached are from TODAY and I had these lashes installed(?) on 9/14. This was my first eyelash extension experience so maybe I'm just inexperienced, but the Groupon price was unbeatable and such a generous discount. The woman who did my lashes was gentle, quiet and so polite. If eyelash extensions were something I wanted to keep as everyday wear and not just for events, I would come back often. I'll be returning for eyelash extensions in the future!"

"I would never come back here again and would love a refund. I called to book and appointment and asked her if she had availability today and she tells me yes and what time , I said 4 and she said I was all set for 4. I also asked her about the Groupon and she said yes that I would show it to her and she asked how many pieces for my lashes and I said 200. She later on calls me and tells me if I can do 5 because she doesn't have someone to do my lashes so I said it was fine. I get there at 5 and I don't know if she was the owner but she was laying on a couch and on the phone. I tell them that I was here for a lash appointment and the other lady that was there tells me to follow her and tells me to sit on the couch. She bring out a bucket of water and tells me to take my socks off and put them inside the water , at the beginning I was confused because it was my first time here and I didn't know how this worked. She then comes and starts massaging my back at that point I felt really uncomfortable because she didn't use any gloves or anything she was just using her bare hands. After she's done she takes my feet out and starts massaging. Then after the lady is done on the phone she tells me oh your here for the relaxation and I told her no I said lash extensions and she claimed that I never said that and that what she was doing was for relaxation . She tells me to follow her into the room to start my lashes and this other girl comes and starts doing my lashes , she puts the tape under my eyes and she was getting frustrated because it wouldn't stick so every time she would just pull it out hard instead of doing it gently she also kept pulling my real lashes during the process. While I was getting my lashes done the owner kept yelling at the other lady and was very rude to her. After we were done the girl just stood there I guess waiting for a tip and she wanted me to also tip the other lady , I thought it was very rude of her to ask that since it wasn't my fault because I was never greeted and was completed a service by mistake . Also I paid for 200 pieces and the don't even look close to 200 , they are very thin . When I left she was still on the phone and then later called me to send her the Groupon code. First and last time I ever step in that place."
