"Some of the staff is very kind in person, but they never answer the phone. There are other reviews that say the same thing but the manager didn’t really believe me when I brought it to her attention because that particular morning I called before they were open (online said they were open). She actually said “I answered before we opened as a courtesy”…lol! I can never get appointments here, literally. I try booking 3 months out and they “never have anything”. I called the Milford location and wow, what a difference - Milford answered the phone, they had availability, the staff was attentive and the esthetician was fantastic. I had been trying to cancel my membership because I’m a busy mother with a specific schedule, but with all of the road blocks Hamden gave I could never catch up on my sessions. With Milford, I will catch up…but they’re so good there I might just keep the membership."
