SEPHORA at Kohl's

"It's strange to have a store inside of a store. I'm not a makeup person. They are very, very pricey. It took a lot away from Kohl's. The jewelry section is gone. Sophora's took that space. It doesn't belong inside of Kohl's"

"Good place to go for clothing, shoes and house hole goods. Go there often. Will go there again. Prices are reasonable."

"The most disgusting Sephora I’ve ever been inside of. There seemed to be 5 employees working there at once but not one of them thinks to clean up the place? If you have time to ask customers if they need anything you sure have time to wipe things down. Products were seeping out of the sample jars, unopened products were collecting a layer of dust on the shelves. The shelves were collecting dust and even hairs. I mean seriously not one product did not have dust on it. Most shelves were almost completely unstocked. This is not a good look for Kohl’s or Sephora. Will definitely not be back."

"I lost my receipt which had planned to leave a review! Our salesperson at Sephora at Kohls in Enfield name was Karen and she was excellent! She helped my fiancé and me find the right color for my face and was very helpful. I would definitely go back to her because she was extremely knowledgeable and truly cared about our concerns. You have a great employee!"

"The employees were extremely rude and racially profiled me and my sister! Today I went to Sephora to make an exchange of a product I bought a couple days ago here because I was unsatisfied with it. My intention going in was to test out a couple of other foundations before I made my final decision to decide what I wanted to buy, but THE second we walked into the store we were FOLLOWED! At first all they did was ask if we needed help which is normal, but they asked a total of 4 times and after we declined every single time they continued to follow us. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions so I decided to go to another end of the store and they literally crowded in the back pretending to be testing out products and talking about random things with each other. And they continued to do that the entirety of the time we were in there. We then moved back up to where we were to begin with and then they moved back up to where we were again. We left the store around 5:45pm on 6/4/23. Not to mention when I was being rung out the lady that rung us out was rude and so were the other girls. The women that rung us out name was Ashley and the other ladies that followed us around with her names I believe were Rachel and Sara. If management sees this they can double check to see who was working this day to clarify by checking the cameras or by the work schedule."
