"To begin, let me just say how amazing and talented Becky is. I have never experienced a more thorough facial ever until Becky at Fabesthetics. Walking into this facial my face was horrible, clogged with black heads and leather like skin. Becky knew just by examining my face that I needed the Dermaplaining Facial… After she had finished Dermaplaining, she made sure she had extracted all of my blackheads and any other acne/cystic acne that I had. I kid you not, I walked out of this facial with a new face, smooth skin, no black head to be seen on my face, and mind you I have very sensitive skin and I had no rash reaction or any horrible redness on my face. She even recommended cleansers, moisturizers and what spf to put on my face to be sure I can maintain the miracle she did for me through the Dermaplaining facial. "I found Becky online and she had excellent reviews, so I chose her for my daughter's hair removal treatment. The cost was approximately $3,500. However, after a few sessions, my daughter experienced a severe, third-degree burn on her knee. Becky apologized and assured us it would never happen again, but I started doubting whether we should continue. Unfortunately, my daughter still had excess hair, so we decided to proceed. On her last session before prom and graduation, Becky accidentally gave her multiple burns on her neck, chin, and both sides. These burns were so severe that my daughter was unable to attend school for a couple of days. Feeling upset, I reached out to Becky multiple times, but she blocked me and only responded to my daughter's texts. She told my daughter the burns would heal within a few months. We tried various remedies, but even a year later, my daughter still has noticeable scars. When my daughter contacted Becky to inform her about the scars, she visited Becky's office. However, the serum Becky provided had no effect, and now Becky refuses to respond to my daughter's messages. I don't want to label her as a bad person, but I question her expertise in laser hair removal. She advised my daughter to seek dermal treatment elsewhere despite having the treatment at her place, which makes me believe she does not want to fix the problem she created. I am disappointed with the way she handled my daughter's treatment, resulting in permanent scars. If I could share the photos, you would understand. Additionally, Becky initially claimed that most of the hair would be gone after spending such a significant amount of money, but in the end, she informed us that only 50% of the hair would be removed. Therefore, I am unsure if she truly knows what she's talking about or if she possesses the necessary skills for this procedure."
