"The guys came earlier than expected (which was a plus for me) and took the couches out in a timely manner. Definitely would use the company again for future removals. Both gentlemen that came was respectful."

"Movers were exhausted when they arrived. The move estimate was 4-5 hours but took 8 hours. To top it off, I had to physically unpack the truck with them otherwise they would not have finished for 12 hours. Not to mention help them load the heavier item into the truck. I called to demand a refund but the customer service and management at Stamford are unhelpful and ran me around in circles. I was promised time to talk with a manager and he offered me a discount but never followed up on any of my calls or emails. Worst move of my life!"

"If I could leave negative stars I would. Moving is stressful enough. We hired them to move boxes into a truck. They just didn’t show up. We are supposed to move from CT to FL and they completely messed that up when everything like hotels etc are already booked. No one answers the phone. You get pushed to someone who answers in another country. Then after I found someone literally last minute still delaying our trip, and canceled college hunks, they STILL TRIED TO CHARGE US!!! For WHAT. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I will be making the appropriate complaints with the BBB and any others that are applicable. Absolutely unprofessional, disgusting run company. Use ANYONE else ! I wouldn’t waste my time calling you. And I will spread the word to not use you. Good luck !"
