"Lauren and Louie are the best, always amazing items, great deals and even better conversation. If you’re in the area and love vintage and retro toys, collectibles and clothing I would recommend stopping in. You won’t regret it."
"I love coming here all the time. Lauren is always friendly and I always have good conversations with her. She gives great deals and I always find a lot of good records each time I go"
"I live locally and visited the little store in search of vintage costume jewelry which I collected and preserved and resold online. Their collection was minimal but I did happen upon 2 or 3 pieces that peaked my interest. They were old, tarnished and dingy looking but for $5 a piece, I took a chance. After cleaning up and polishing and giving them just a little bit of love and elbow grease, I was thrilled at my amazing finds: One piece transformed into a shiny solid sterling silver cuff bracelet with genuine black Tahitian Pearls, and upon further inspection was signed by a well-known vintage jewelry artisan. When researched was worth upwards of $200. I wound up selling it online for $150! Another piece wound up polishing beautifully as well and uncovered a clean, shiny sterling silver band ring with 5 semi-precious gemstones. They were large stones including genuine Amethyst, Blue Topaz, Ruby, Citrine and Peridot. It was also signed by it's maker. It sold for $50. 2 fantastic finds! Although jewelry is not their forte', this little thrift store proved to be the source of some tiny treasures that made two of my customers very happy! And myself, as well. Thank you D.E.o.t.S!"
