"I never had a problem at this dentist until today when they tried to explain how their time is valuable but mine is not. “I live local therefore I should have known the bridge goes up unexpectedly” (her explanation of why their dental hygienist was 20min late) . There is actually a sign right at the rotary that tells you when it’s going up. 24 hours in advance. I (tried to) pay the $50 I owed for being late to my last appointment which was considered a no show. However, apparently when I ask a simple question to get more understanding of why it’s fine for me to have to wait 20min for them but it’s a penalty when I am late, the doctor tells me, “she feels uncomfortable seeing me because I have an attitude”. Now they’ve wasted more of my time. So just pay the fine and don’t ask any questions. No questions allowed or you must leave. Maybe I was late because I was stuck at the bridge, and since you’re a local, you should have known the bridge goes up unexpectedly , right?"
