"Wonderful staff from the receptionist to the dentists. I brought my elderly mom whose teeth are all but gone and she had lots of infected areas. It cost me a good penny due to her insurance not being accepted but it was worth it and Dr. Peck takes excellent care with her. Can be a bit impatient with her,but the job he did was exceptional."

"I've been a customer for many years now. When I first visited my need for dental work was great. Dr Peck told me that he could save all of my teeth that were left. I had never had a good experience with any dentist till I met Dr Peck. I still have all the teeth that I walked in with that day. It cost money, yes, Gail worked the finances with me so that all my initial work was finished within 2 years and I treated myself to a whitening treatment. The office has high standards; even so I did have a few bad experiences with other dentists in the practice. I would suggest to limit actual dental work to only Dr Peck. He will always try to do the best for your dental health. The front desk will work with you on paying for the care. I read people complaining about the cost but they should remember that the biggest expenses are going to be one time and the results will last a lifetime. You can find care at every price point but if you want the best ask for Dr Peck."

"Taylor Street Dental has questionable customer service. The receptionist Brenda, is rude and very unprofessional. It is interesting to see I am not the only one submitting a review whose had a horrible experience with this particular person. She shamelessly went through my file, without provocation in order to argue with me. Moreover, after I addressed the situation with a supervisor, I felt worse than the initial experience. Needless to say, I will not be going back. The client is treated as a business transaction, nothing more."

"Just (yesterday) had some pretty gnarly work done. Dr. Orr's performance was exceptional. She saved my tooth from its most likely extraction by deftly removing the decay and rebuilding it back perfectly! The procedure was absolutely painless! The level of professionalism, friendliness, and general all-around "down home" feel was fantastic. There is a sincerity in the effort to do the "right thing" for their patients that I thought had died years ago. The understated exterior of their office belies the exceptional skilled work done behind that door. I commend the entire staff for always making me feel comfortable and going above and beyond to meet my dental needs."

"I have been seeing Dr Peck for about 7 1/2 years or more, and he has always been good. I had several major problems when I started and he was the only dentist who said he could save my teeth in all three problems, and he delivered. I am diabetic and have to have my teeth cleaned frequently, and the service is always nice. The staff are always nice and friendly which unfortunately is not always the case -- some places give you a cold shoulder."
