"Made my first appointment as a new patient with my 1 year old and called To inform Them that I will be most likely late due to the snowstorm. They told me to call back at the time of the appt. I called and I was placed on hold for over five minutes and then got to the parking lot while still on hold then had to walk around the whole building and my infant and I were soaked by the time we made it into the building. There were about 7 front desk staff and Dr Hampton poked her head out and saw us. No-one was in the waiting room besides us and they told me I’ll have to reschedule my appointment and come back another day. Is this even healthcare anymore? Me and my drenched infant made our way back to our car and will have to find another medical office that actually has some common decency. I thought they would at least call me to say something after they saw how distressed my infant and I came in, however they could care less. A pediatric office should care about a mother and her child. So upset"

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice. We've been going to see them for about three years now with our two young daughters and I have not encountered a single doctor I wouldn't recommend 100x over. Abraham, Dr. K, Agarwal, Hampton - they are all exceptional! In MULTIPLE circumstances, we have had unusual circumstances - including calling them while traveling in Mexico because the concierge doc at the hotel prescribed the wrong dose for our little one - and they ALWAYS go above and beyond. They respond to emails, listen to your concerns, are clear communicators, and call to follow up when someone has been really sick. I'm so thankful as a nervous mom for a team of doctors that I know I can trust with our kiddos. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF! Ms. Pat and the whole front desk team and nursing staff - THANK YOU! You all are the backbone that makes everything possible."

"Very unhappy with the service at this office since purchased by Optum. Would not help my son check in. Was advised by front desk they could not help him. No office manager on. Given a phone number to complain to no one answers. Was told if I want my children’s charts I would have to come in sign a form and wait for the Records Department to contact me."

They are always spot on with their diagnosis and treatment. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are organized and accommodating. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my children’s’ health care!"

"Absolutely the most caring, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The staff is always willing to help and go the extra mile. In ten years, I have never waited for an appointment. The doctors are simply amazing in every way! Very thorough, kind, patient and awesome with diagnostics, care and treatment. They do not push antibiotics or any other medications. My child has a wonderful relationship with all 3 doctors. They take the time to get to know their patients.. I’m so thankful my child loves going to the doctor, is not afraid and trusts them."
