"This is related to pediatrics. Is it possible to give zero? This place is a joke. Receptionists who believe they have enough education to provide advice and advisory on vaccine Timelime. Pediatricians who take on far Too many patients. The nurse practitioners are awesome and honestly more reliable. Two days to get a Covid result.. living like it’s 2021 or something? Some of the doctors are completely dismissive when infants are sick, I think at this point they are most likely blinded beyond looking at anything else other than Covid. My first newborn visit was horrendous, I was told my baby wasn’t healthy unless he had rolls? And because he lost a whole pound since birth it was a huge deal.. which is silly he was 9lbs, bypassed breast feeding and told to go to bottle. Ofcourse I listened as a first time mom. Never again.. this place is underfunded with individuals who genuine look miserable working there."

"As others have mentioned, do not choose this place for a PCP. Completely unorganized, the staff are rude and overworked. It took me 8 MONTHS to get a simple physical appointment. And then they kept switching the appointment on me. The doctor literally rushed through the physical, I could tell she was rushing. I'll be switching PCPs ASAP to a smaller practice. DO NOT GO TO RELIANT!"

"***BEWARE*** Let's charge $200 for an appointment, ask us to come in at 4:30 after knowing the issue, don't get seen until 4:50 then tell us that the xray and blood work techs went home at 5. So glad you took my money and literally did NOTHING. Then continue to do nothing after I express my frustration to 2 different nurses and Dr. Maluole. Find yourself a better spot, these people only care about money, not helping"

"My daughter had a fractured toe. They couldn't get us in for 2 weeks. I requested to be placed on the cancellation list. They called and said they had an opening sooner. When we got to the appointment, we found they moved her appointment further out than her already scheduled appointment. 3 weeks to treat a broken bone in unacceptable. They wouldn’t even give us back our original appointment."

"The OBGYN department at this place is beyond horrible. DO NOT go here for care, you’ll save yourself a lot of stress and anxiety!! 2 days waiting for a call for a follow-up, call 3 times, after I finally got answers someone scheduled another appointment in a week, called my primary doctor who was able to give me the right direction and get an appointment sooner in another place wasting of time!!!"
