"I called on Wednesday January 10, for a referral that I clearly told them I needed by my appointment Tuesday January 16. Called today cause I never received the referral the lady who looked up my account clearly told me that the reason I didn’t receive the referral yet is because the lady who I originally spoke to sent it to the wrong place and do to the holiday I wouldn’t be receiving my referral for my scheduled appointment tomorrow. A very important appointment at that so I had to reschedule my appointment due to their screw up. As soon as I get this medical issue I’m dealing with straightened out I will be looking for a different provider. I just don’t want to change now and then have to go through everything all over to have this issue taken care of. Definitely the worse patient care ever."

"I have a bad experience Today at this facility, I brought my Daughter sick and they refused to see her, My point is, if your child has a doctor why they are never available?. And it was not too busy at all. This place needs professional healthcare workers that put the patients first at all time. I’m saying this because I work for a hospital where we care about the patient’s experience and give the best service, no matter what."

"This place is all about money. I was feeling depressed and went to see someone. I actually have been going to this place since I was little, btw. My mother used to take me there, and then I started taking my son there as well as myself. They changed over to this new place and after I payed cash for my visit..the women came in the room and said, I cannot see you because you’re not a patient here. I couldn’t understand what she was talking about because I was very well a patient there. She walked out of the room. I asked for my money back and they said no. I asked why would they make me an appt if I couldn’t be seen. If they believed I wasn’t a patient, they would know that before I made the appt. They said it was still a visit, even tho it was two minutes for her to tell me she couldn’t see me so I couldn’t have my money back.."

"worst experience, they often change the appointments, and they not even schedule the next appointment in a few days they schedule for the next 6 months terrible service the front desk employees don't smile with the customers they don't truly friendly. the Dr. doesn't talk to you they do what they have to do and only says go to the front desk and make the next appointment. I don't recommend this place. i'm looking for another dentist."
