"Worst experience I’ve had with a medical “professional”. One of the women on the phone (I think her name was Ashley) was outrageously rude and Refused to refill my birth control shot. They demanded documents From my college I just graduated from...it is summer! The clinic is closed. Documentation of the last time it was filled wasn’t sufficient either. “Sorry we just can’t. Try planned parenthood goodbye” No older woman would be disrespected like this. It was clearly because I was young and they didn’t care to help me. Now I have to drive 2 hours to go to PP before my two week window is over. Do not go to this clinic if you expect to be treated like a valued patient. I would have given ZERO stars if I could."
