"I have been going there for many years now and never had any issues. I even had an issue with my glasses frame got broken outside of my one year warranty and they still got me a new one at no cost. The Dr is great. The staff are friendly to me."

They sent a letter saying you are not longer with us due to their lack of service because they never called my number about appointments. However, my mom was waiting for glasses for weeks, which is very frustrating and now they kicked her out because of miscommunication!"
